Sara Haines (born in the United States) is an American journalist and TV host. Sara Haines is best known for her role as co-host of the ABC morning talk show The View Strahan Sara and Keke and games show The Chase. Before becoming an anchor and host she worked as a production coordinator for The Today Show and as a part of the The Page Program of NBC. Page Program. Sara Haines has American citizenship and was born on the 18th of September 1977 at Newton Iowa. She is currently forty-five years of age. Also, she is an orthodox Christian. Sara Haines began her television hosting career in the NBC Page Program before being employed as the production coordinator of the NBC show Today at Rockefeller Center in 2002. She began working for ABC News in 2013 as anchor and reporter for the show's Saturday pop news. ABC, however, made it clear on July 23 2016, that she won't return for the 22nd season. She will instead cohost GMA Day which was later renamed Strahan&Sara. The news was released in November 2020 that Haines was to host a new season of The Chase on ABC with it debuting in January 2021.
